I’ve worked with multiple start-ups, as well as currently operating/established facilities, to build successful facilities from the ground up. When the rubber meets the road, you want to know that you’re setting yourself up for success from beginning.

My experience also includes fine tuning existing operations to improve upon what they have already built. Whether it is revamping the SOPs, or organizing the cultivation facility to better forecast, there are always ways to optimize facility and employee output and management.
